How to Adopt A Puppy

Each puppy is reconized by their mother's (Dam's) name, their gender and number # For example "Bella's Female #1"

You may then choose to leave a holding deposit of $100.00 on your favourite puppy if you wish to secure any one in particular or book an appointment to come view our puppies and their parents.

Note: Please be advised that Cheques are not accepted and that your deposit is non refundable.
- When making a payment please place your name alongside your payment and please email me a copy of your receipt.
- I will also need you to send me your personal details Name, address and phone for receipt and microchipping purposes.
- Once your payment has reached our account I will forward you a receipt via email.
- Please allow three working days when using internet banking.
- The Balance is due prior to the puppy leaving our care.
- This can be by cash on the day of pick up or otherwise via internet banking (allowing three working days for it to reach our account).
- Receipts will be issued for each payment.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

The person whose name appears above on this invoice is here by known as "The Owner"

Here in the 'release date' refers to the;

a) Agreed upon pick up date
b) Delivery date or date the puppy is dispatched from Genuine Canine when the puppy reaches 8 weeks of age.

1. To secure a puppy a holding deposit (non refundable, but transferable) of $100 is required for each puppy.

2. If for any reason the owner changes their mind within the 3 weeks prior to the release date, the owner does not lose their deposit. The owner’s deposit will be transferred over to the next available litter or pup that meets the owner's selection of colour and gender. The next available littler might not be the next pups that are born, but instead the next that have not already been allocated to clients.

3. It is possible for Genuine Canine to hold on to the owner's puppy beyond the agreed upon release date. Each week will incur a fee of $100 or $20 per day and the owner is responsible for all Vet costs after the release date. Genuine Canine prefers not to keep the puppies longer than 8 weeks as it is best for the new owner to begin the bonding process with the pup.

4. The purchase price does include the first vaccination (C3 injection) and microchip. The purchase price does not include delivery and insurance during transit.

5. The owner is responsible for the health and welfare of their new puppy and all expences once the puppy is released.

6. If for any reason the owner decides to rehome the puppy at any age the owner must contact Genuine Canine to offer them first option to acquire the puppy/dog back. Failure to comply shall lead to prosecution of the owner and the owner of the said dog agrees to pay the sum of $10,000.00 to Genuine Canine immediately.

7. Our puppies are sold for "Pet Purposes" only, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Management of Genuine Canine. Failure to comply shall lead to prosecution and should the dog be bred from the owner of the said dog agrees to pay Genuine Canine the sum of $10,000.00 for each litter bred regardless of accidental pregnancy or any other reason. The money shall be paid directly to Genuine Canine immediately. All born puppies will also become the property of Genuine Canine.

Visits

Due to the demand for our puppies, they sell fast and we may only have young puppies available. In this case Clients who wish to placed a holding deposit on a young puppy are welcome to visit their puppy on a weekly basis until the puppy reaches 6 weeks of age.

This is a one off oppertunity to witness the growth and changes your Beagle puppy will encounter, whilst building a magnificent bond between master and companion from an early age. You'll watch your puppy grow from a tiny baby that fits into the palm of your hand, to a bounding playful puppy in just weeks..... What a great way also for children to adapt to owning their first puppy.

Our visiting times every Saturday are between 11am & 12noon.

Please note: Families wanting to arrange to view our puppies for the first time can book an appointment Monday to Saturday from 10am onwards.

When wanting to visit your puppy we require 48 hours notice to allow us the required staff members.
